Our Mission
Turtles 2 Doves 23 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that seeks to connect young girls from various backgrounds with life-affirming tools that will help them become their very best selves. Our goal is to provide teen and young adult females with a place where they can find direction, gain clarity and focus on achieving their goals. Turtles 2 Doves 23 provides student support and engagement through events, activities and programs: such as seminars and workshops of varying topics, college prep, debutante balls, outings, community collaborations and engagement, community service, bible studies, game and movie nights and so much more.
Turtles 2 Doves 23 enlists the time and talent of various individuals and organizations to assist with events and programs that will encourage, uplift, motivate, and educate participants in many areas. A strong emphasis is placed on self-esteem, education, speech and social skills, health and nutrition, fashion, and etiquette and poise. Turtles 2 Doves 23, Inc. enlists the services of many local professionals, businesses and community activists to lend their relevant expertise to the organization’s overall mission.
Turtles 2 Doves 23 believes everyone deserves to find the best within themselves no matter their current circumstances or background. Our mission is to provide valuable opportunities for young females to succeed and to ensure they benefit directly from our community resources.
Our Vision
Turtles 2 Doves 23 strives to be an organization whose name is synonymous with success. We work hard to maintain a renowned reputation throughout the greater Atlanta area and subsequently the country, for our continuous work with teen girls. It is our goal to develop their inner strengths, talents, intellect, and confidence. Turtles 2 Doves 23 aspires to affect positive change in the lives of any young girls who seek to do more, be more, learn more, and grow more. We want all girls to know that if they dream it and believe it; we will set them on the road to achieve it.
Our Commitment
We will invest in educational, social and emotional programs that improve academic performance and build character; aid in the achievement of developmental and academic milestones, and provide learning opportunities that expand knowledge beyond the classroom.
